Pepe's Testimony

They didn't have a warrant. They didn’t ask for his name or ID. They didn’t reply when he asked them what they were doing and why. He handed them a red card with the written statement of his rights, and they told him it was useless and had no value. They put him in one of their cars and started driving.

Pablo's Testimony

The story of what happened to Pablo, a Lemon Grove restaurant owner with no criminal record. He was driving on a freeway exit ramp in Barrio Logan when he was forced off the road by two unmarked cars that rammed him from behind.
